LIVE EVENT! Shake it with Cheryl-Birthday Bash!!

Come enjoy a FREE dance fitness class at the Springbrook Rec Center in Alcoa, TN. We will have a 75 minute class followed by healthy food and fellowship. We will be joined by several, special, guest instructors.
It’s my birthday so come help me celebrate by doing something that I love!! No gifts please. If you’d like to bring a small gift card to donate, I will be donating them to a local, Maryville family struggling with cancer.
